Firstly you'll need to reserve a set amount of bell tents that you would like for your wedding by paying a small reservation deposit. Our standard minimum hire amount is 5 tents

Once you've paid your deposit, we'll create your booking on our customer portal and forward you a link to send to your guests either on your invitations or wedding website, where they can easily book and pay for a tent directly with us.

Once your guests have booked and paid for all of the reserved tents, your initial reservation deposit will be returned. If you require more bell tents, we can add more to your portal (Subject to availability)
